Get to know us
Our people are the lifeblood of Fort Wayne Metals. That's why it's our desire to do everything we can to protect them. For us, it's striving to have zero work-related injuries. To reach this, our health and safety programs are focused on injury and illness prevention and continually improving our work environments to ensure our employees' well-being. We regularly conduct building safety audits, hazard assessments, employee safety meetings, and have a system in place for employees to submit safety improvements.
Just as we want to protect our people, we want to ensure sound practices for safeguarding our environment and natural resources. Everything we do has an impact on the world around us. That's why we observe all air, water, and waste regulations to limit our environmental footprint. Additionally, we operate a robust recycling program and continuously seek ways to innovate processes that reduce waste.
